2.300 mm slitter rewinder, ok for paper & board 40 to 400 gsm, modernized 2006 & 2010

Details:

– unwinder roll width 400 – 2300 mm, unwinder paper – cylinders surfaces 2450 mm
– unwinder takes reel floor level max dia 1700, core sizes 3”, 6”
– slitting unit Mario Cotta knife holders 14 pcs, + 25 pcs multibottom knives dia 290 mm, cut pitch 5 mm !!!

– manual displacement knife holders

– re-winder dia max 1500 mm
– designed for paper and carton 40 – 360 g/m2, (abt 400 g/m2 folding box carton ok to be slit too )
– practical work speed 1000 m/min depending paper.
– side trimmings
– kip system on floor level from rewound rolls (no elevator nor crane needed)

– original year 1985, modernized 2006 new COTTA cutting sets + new logic Simatic drive and machine control etc

– small floor space needed max 7 x 6 meter, height under 300 cm

– safety devices modernized 2010 over the machine

– standing at original position in Factory – (not possible make demo). Stopped February 2017
